Part of effective fleet management is time keeping and payroll. The GPS Trackit Driver provides a Time Card function, eliminating the need for separate time cards or punch systems. Drivers can simply clock in and out via their app. These time punches are both viewed and edited within the Driver section of the Manage tab.
To open the Time Card functions, tap the icon in the upper left corner.
Use the Timeframe field to select the desired date range, then choose the Driver to view.
To add a missing punch, use the black plus (+) button. Use the Action dropdown to select the type of punch. Then input the date and time for the punch. Be sure to Save the selections.
To delete an incorrect punch locate the item on the list and hover the cursor over it. A 3-dot button will appear. Click the button to access the delete option.
Time Card data can be downloaded and/or automatically scheduled for delivery via Reports.
