Vidfleet AI+ and AIR Camera Customers
As part of our ongoing commitment to keeping your fleet cameras operating at peak performance, we've proactively identified a group of memory cards that are showing signs of potential failure, and we want to get ahead of it for you. Replacing your cards now is the best way to ensure uninterrupted video recording. If a card fails during a trip, especially in the event of an accident, your camera may not capture the footage you need.
We'd like to send you brand-new, upgraded SD cards for your in-vehicle cameras, completely free of charge. This is a one-time complimentary replacement provided at no cost to you.
The swap is quick and simple, typically just a minute or two per camera. Once you've removed the old SD Card, you can dispose of it.
We recommend waiting at least 24 hours after your last trip with the cameras before removing the old SD cards to prevent data loss.
