For accurate IFTA records Fuel purchase data should be included. This information can be input by Drivers via the app at time of purchase. To do so, go to the menu in the left corner.
Select Fuel Receipt.
To add a Receipt, tap the green plus (+) button.
All of the fields are required. The receipt cannot be submitted if any are left blank. Begin with the reference number.
Next fill in the purchase data: Total Fuel (fuel amount) and Total Cost. The unit of measurement and currency can be adjusted in the appropriate fields if needed. The Fuel type will pre populate based on the settings for the Tractor selected at login.
The Tractor field is automatically filled in based on the Tractor chosen after login. Next to that is the Odometer field. Odometer should reflect the mileage at the time of the Fuel Purchase and can be adjusted if needed. Then address the Date and Time, again making any necessary changes.
The street address of the fueling location should be provided, along with the city and state.
Lastly, provide notes.
An image of the Receipt must be part of the upload. Tap the green Take Photo button, then take the picture.
Press Save to upload.
Once receipts are uploaded they can be viewed from the app. Tapping on the receipt will produce the options to edit or delete.
Receipts can be input via the Admin Panel and viewed within the app. However these cannot be altered or removed by the Driver. Edits and deletions can only be performed by the User or Driver who made the original input.
