When Proposed Edits are sent to the Driver while the Driver is logged into the app, they are viewed in the left hand menu. Tap the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner.
Locate Carrier Edits. If any are pending a number will show to the right. Tap to view the details.
Proposed Edits are exactly that. The Driver must decide to accept or reject the proposition. Drivers are ultimately responsible for their logbooks and therefore the logbooks cannot be altered without the Driver’s consent.
Tap the checkbox to the right.
For the proposed change to go through, choose Accept.
To prevent the change, choose Reject.
If a Proposed Edit was sent while the Driver was logged out the prompt to accept or reject will show up at login, after the assets have been selected and the ELD connections have been established. The Carrier Proposed Edits page will automatically display. This page cannot be skipped or exited without the Proposed Edit being addressed (accepted or rejected). This is to ensure that Proposed Edits are addressed in a timely manner.
If Proposed Edits are sent while the Driver is logged in an icon will appear on the Main Operations Screen, a blue envelope to the right of the D and M indicators.
Tapping the envelope icon will also allow the driver to either accept or reject the edit.
