What is Duty Status?
Duty Status allows Technicians to update their work status in real time, ensuring accurate tracking of work hours and availability. Administrators can access these status records through the Admin Panel.
Why Use Duty Status?
Duty Status can be utilized for work hour tracking and transparency, helping administrators monitor technician availability, and ensures accurate reporting for payroll and compliance.
How Does Duty Status Work?
Technicians input their statuses in the Settings section of the Technician Mobile App. Available statuses include:
- On Duty – Indicates the technician is actively working.
- Off Duty – Indicates the technician is not working.
- Start Lunch – Marks the beginning of a lunch break.
- End Lunch – Marks the end of a lunch break.
Administrators can then access the Duty Status records through the Admin Panel to review technicians’ availability and work hours.
From the left menu select Duty Reports.
Then set the filters for the desired Employees and Date Range, pressing Generate List to view results.
Data can be exported as a CSV file if desired. Please be aware that records cannot be altered or edited. Technicians should take care to ensure accurate data entry.
